Obscure shapes, dying lights,
Black despair, darkened life...

I was twelve when I lost my sight,
I got shrouded by night with no light.
No physicians, no medicine-men
Could set me free from this burden.

One day of my deepest distress
He came to me, wearing a bird-dress,
Brought a potion, clear like water,
Pressings of a certain flower.

The elixir for the blind
Drove me out of the dark,
And let me behold
A world with no shades -
A world with no shades.

I can see now more than we're at first allowed to see,
I can glance behind the scenes of this reality.
I see, truth lastly always prevails,
Realms built on untruth fall and fade away
As divine justice, the glorious light
Ruptures the darkness, the dense mist of lies.

Sharp contours, distinct lines,
Bright colors, vivid life...

I'm not sightless any longer,
I got rid of fear and anger.
Everything is so bright and clear,
No shade soils the unearthly scene.

There's no darkness as thick as a shroud,
Nothing wraps what's true and what's right.

Arcanum of fire
